How to arrive
By car:
Take the A22 (Brenner motorway) to Vipiteno/Sterzing. Leave the motorway and take the third exit onto Jaufenstraße/SS44 at the next roundabout. Stay on that road till you arrive at the fourth roundabout where you take first exit (main road) and follow the road for another 1.1 km. Passing the hotel “Gilfenklamm” , turn left onto Via Stanghe and follow the road towards Innerratschings.By train:

cancellation policy
We do everything to make sure that our guests feel comfortable with us and we are happy to make their holiday unforgettable.
In case, though, that something should come up, the following terms will apply:
Up to 3 months before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
In case of cancellation from 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
30 days to 1 day before arrival the cancellation fee will be 70% of the booking price.
In case of early departure, the total amount for the entire booked period is to be paid.
Of course, cancellation costs will be charged to the deposit already paid.
We expressly point out the legal provisions of the Italian Consumer Protection Code / Art. 45 – 67 GvD 206/2005) according to which there is no right of withdrawal. To save costs, however, we recommend you to complete the “Red Cock Cancellation Protection” right with your booking. This may cover a variety of cancellation fees.
Pets
We live on a farm – so of course we do love animals and like to live with them.
In the interest of all guests, however, we ask for your understanding that with respect to allergies etc., pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking
All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
